Payment is due 60 days prior to event.
If booking an event within 90 days of the event, payment is due in full 15 days prior to event.
In addition to our normal pricing, a deposit of $500.00 is due at time of booking. Deposits are in addition to rental fee and returned after the event is over and grounds are returned to original condition at time of rental.
In the event of a cancellation, deposit is not refundable.
In the event of a cancellation 60 days prior to an event, neither the deposit or rental amounts are refunded.
If cancellation occurs due to weather on the day of the event, the deposit is refunded
Grounds and buildings are available for decorating and set up 2 days prior to the event.
No event may run later than midnight.
Event season runs from May 1 – October 31. Booking information is available year round.
It is your responsibility to bag all trash and return grounds to same condition at time of rental. Trash receptacles and bags are provided.
